A quick in-person or virtual walk-through lets you show us your space, point out problem areas, and discuss your expectations. This information, special instructions, such as preferred cleaning products, the size of your home, and your preferences will help us determine an accurate estimate.

Once We Agree on Terms

We will confirm the schedule, rate, payment method, and cancellation policy in writing so everyone’s on the same page. Once agreed upon, we will schedule our first trial cleaning. A first clean sets the tone. It’s a chance to see if their style and attention to detail match your needs before committing long-term.

Review & Make Adjustments

We will check in with you to ensure everything is up to your liking, receive feedback and make the needed adjustments. So if something’s not quite right, speak up right away — we will appreciate clear, constructive feedback to fine-tune our service.
